Atleast 2 years of core product management experience in B2B SaaSAbility to bring structure to messy problems and run sharp prioritisation.Prior experience building LOS, LMS, HRMS, CRM, or equivalent workflow-heavy products that now need AI agents to that solve for outcomesComfort with AI-led product patterns: LLMs, summarisation, retrieval.Bonus: experience in AI based risk ,fraud, or compliance products.

Understand customer problems, collaborate with developers and designers for a robus solutionWrite PRDs that people actually read.Sit with customers. Watch them use the product. Listen more than you talk.Partner with engineering on trade-offs. Decide fast. Document faster with our agentic software development

Global scale from day one. This is not an India-only product. You will ship to markets across Asia, the Middle East, and beyond.Privy has already gartenered 50+ Enterprise customers and inching towards 100 and this comes with a need for speed across functions.Real ownership. APM at IDfy owns a roadmap decided and prioritised by the product team, not a backlog.You will work directly with engineering, design, and leadership.Build at the intersection of AI, risk, and workflow. Few PM roles let you touch all three. This one does.Customers who care. Our users are risk analysts, ops leaders, and CXOs at top financial institutions. Their feedback will shape what you build.Craft matters here. We care about PRDs that think clearly, dashboards that answer the right question, and UX that respects the reviewer's time.
