Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

* Processing Vendor Invoices in SAP

* Indian accounting knowledge like TDS,GST

* Managing invoices in querie through SAP and emails (ones that did not fulfil the 3 way match and VIM criteria) for PO and Non-PO invoices (Key Responsibility)

* Handling urgent requests from the respective MT units

* Freight invoice booking in non-SAP systems

* Communication with vendor through email to resolve discrepancies

* Meeting productivity and quality benchmarks defined from time to time
