About the RoleThe focus of this role is twofold. First is to analyse HR data and provide insightful and meaningful insights. This will also include regular reporting of key HR dashboards and scorecards for the consumption of the businesses across Godrej Industries Group. The second requirement is to provide support to PEC processes, promoting and integrating quality into every aspect of our business. In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks in support of specific areas of the PEC Processes mainly focusing on the enhancement, sustainability and continued improvement of the PEC Processes.
ResponsibilitiesDrive end to end ownership of HR analytics agenda and projects covering PEC processesContinuously identifies and recommend best practices for applying data mining to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the HR functionDevelop dashboard for key impact areas in HR i.e. attrition, performance, talent and recruiting analyticsLead the delivery of monthly and quarterly reporting that is required for executive leadership (Group Management Committee) and BU people leaders (BU MC/ HR Leadership)Builds consistent solution of automated reporting for GIG ensuring integration of all reporting tools/ HRIS systems (if any) for consistency / accurate time stamp of reporting and providing dynamic data reporting / analysisTo maintain consistent and documented compliance with all Data Integrity (DI), Quality and best practice requirements.To support routine review and approval of process changes, deviations, OOS, action plans and CAPA.To participate in root cause analysis investigations arising from deviations, OOS and complaints.To support both internal and external audits including writing reports, agreeing CAPA and following these up as required.To participate in all process and data audits, internal and external.To review and approve risk assessments and validation documentation as required.To assist in the development, collating and reporting of trends and key quality metrics.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in any field with minimum of 4-7 years of experience in data analytics. Preferred candidates from Sales analytics, Financial analytics etc. HR process knowledge is good to have.
Required SkillsAbility to work in fast paced environment, flexibility to adjust with moving priorities and ensuring attention to detail remains first class.Advance Microsoft Excel for creations of templates/dashboards from scratch.Use of power query to import and process data from multiple sources.Use of Power BI to create visual dashboards showcasing trend analysis and data reporting.Proactively taking lead in identifying and resolving the issues.Strong knowledge of power query, power pivot, Power BI dashboards.Strong stakeholder engagement, accountability.Take responsibility and show commitment and engagement towards own work.Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
