Job Description

Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectivesLead and manage a team of L&D professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance managementDesign, deliver, and evaluate innovative training programs that address skill gaps and enhance employee performanceCollaborate with senior leadership to identify learning needs and create tailored solutions for various departments and levelsManage the learning management system (LMS) and other L&D technologies to ensure efficient program delivery and trackingAnalyze training effectiveness through data-driven metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholdersOversee the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources while maintaining high-quality programsStay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve our offeringsFoster a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organizationDevelop and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred5+ years of experience in Learning and Development, with at least 3 years in a Leadership roleProven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs and talent development initiativesStrong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teamsExcellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbalProficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other L&D technologiesExpertise in curriculum development, instructional design, and adult learning principlesStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insightsProject management experience, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyBudget management skills and financial acumenIn-depth knowledge of talent development best practices and industry trendsWillingness to travel within the cluster as required
