Function - Operations
Key Responsibilities:
Experience engaging with senior leadership teams including CEOs, CFOs, and CXOs to evaluate business performance, financial strength, strategic priorities, and industry dynamics.
Strong expertise in financial analysis, credit assessment, business research, and rating methodologies, with exposure to management discussions, rating reviews, and analytical report preparation.
Proven ability to manage client relationships, resolve complex stakeholder queries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and research functions to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Demonstrated track record of driving process excellence through SLA adherence, MIS reporting, process improvements, data analysis, and delivery of accurate, insight-driven business reports.
Key Requirements:
MBA professional with experience in banking/credit rating, managing client interactions and conducting financial assessments across diverse industries.
Strong expertise in financial statement analysis, credit evaluation, business performance assessment, and deriving actionable insights for decision-making.
Effective communicator with excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and relationship-building skills, engaging confidently with clients and senior management.
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with strong analytical capabilities and flexibility to travel for business meetings, client discussions, and on-ground assessments.
