Intern: Customer Experience Audit (3 Months)

We are looking for an intern to support the Audit team. The role involves reviewing retail store CCTV footage to analyze customer journey, customer behavior, and store operations as part of various pilots and business projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze store CCTV footage.

Capture customer behavior and journey-related observations.

Maintain data and findings in Excel.

Support ongoing projects through data collection and reporting.

Requirements:

intermediate Excel skills.

Good observation and analytical skills.

Attention to detail.

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: 15k

Working days: Mon-Friday in office (Sunday is Off, Saturday is work from home) .
