Experience / Education
Master/ Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field of studyMinimum 5 years' experience required in a similar role in a complex international environmentDemonstrated experience in managing software licenses and IT assets, with a strong focus on SAP on-premise, SAP Cloud, SAP SaaS products, SAP RISE, and Microsoft products. Experience across these platforms will be considered a strong advantageExperiences with IT/License audits (mandatory)Demonstrated track record in optimizing License & Asset Management processes and driving optimizations in usage (cost-reductions)Analytical thinker, structured, self-organized, execution driven, energeticEstablishes relationships, ensures alignment and cooperation ('shoulder to shoulder')Internal drive to raise the bar by continuously looking for ways to improve current processNetworker, establishes good outside in relationships, stays abreast of external trendsProactive and results driven, balancing "analysis" with "doing" to meet objectivesHigh level of accuracyLead by example and actively engage and motivate individuals .
