Role: Relationship Manager / Agency Manager
Channel: Motor Insurance Agency Channel
Job Type: Full-Time | Field Sales
Compensation & Benefits
CTC: Up to 6 LPA
Travel Allowance: 5,000 per month
GMC: 2 Lakhs
Accidental Cover: 10 Lakhs
Monthly Incentives: Up to 1 Lakh
Preferred Profile
Experience in health insurance /Motor Insurance / general insurance agency channel preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with field sales and local market visits.
Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
Candidates with an existing agent/advisor network will be preferred.
