Role Overview
The Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for:
Understanding customer requirements
Meeting service metric guidelines
Retaining customers
Converting prospects into sales
Assisting them in finding suitable partners This is an in-house sales and service portfolio role. As per client
requirements, occasional in-person client meetings will also be part of the responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard new customers and create comprehensive member profiles
Understand members preferences, expectations, and unique requirements
Source, screen, shortlist, and facilitate interactions between members to drive successful matches
Build and maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring a premium Elite’ experience and high-quality
service delivery
Manage an assigned portfolio of members through structured engagement and regular follow-ups
Skills & Competencies
Excellent command of English with strong verbal and written communication skills
Proactive approach with active listening and strong service orientation
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
High emotional intelligence with persuasive communication ability
Ability to understand client requirements and provide effective solutions
Education & Experience
Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree)
2 years of experience in Service & Sales domain
