Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Concur Systems Analyst Sr to support, configure, and enhance SAP Concur solutions across the organization. The role will be responsible for managing SAP Concur Expense, Travel, and Invoice modules, ensuring smooth business operations, policy compliance, and a positive user experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in SAP Concur, experience working with financial systems, and the ability to collaborate with business and IT teams to drive process improvements and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and maintain SAP Concur Expense, Travel, and Invoice modules.

Manage workflows, expense types, audit rules, cost centers, and approval processes.

Support system upgrades, testing activities, and implementation of new Concur features.

Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support to end users.

Create and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, and workflow mappings.

Deliver user training and assist employees with SAP Concur-related queries.

Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and financial controls.

Support integration between SAP Concur and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to improve processes and system efficiency.

Participate in small to medium-sized projects related to Concur enhancements and business requirements.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with SAP Concur Expense, Travel, and Invoice modules.

Strong understanding of expense management and travel processes.

Knowledge of workflow configuration and audit rule setup.

Experience with corporate card administration.

Understanding of ERP integrations, preferably SAP or Oracle.

Good knowledge of General Ledger (GL) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.

Experience in system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

6-10 years of experience in SAP Concur and financial systems support.

Exposure to middleware and integration tools.

Experience in process improvement and system enhancement projects.

Training and documentation experience.
