Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound international voice calls

Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries professionally

Work effectively in rotational shifts (day & night)

Qualifications

PUC / Any Graduate

Freshers welcome

Excellent English communication skills required

Comfortable working rotational shifts

Age: Up to 35 years

Open to Male/Female candidates

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000/month (excluding night shift allowance)

Night shift allowance details shared at the time of joining

Performance bonus after 3 months
