Job Title: Assistant Manager - Enterprise Access & Support
Key Responsibilities
Track and evaluate tender opportunities through GeM, CPPP, state procurement portals, and institutional customers.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within timelines.
Coordinate with Sales, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal teams for bid documentation and approvals.
Manage EMDs, Bank Guarantees, rate contracts, purchase orders, and tender compliance requirements.
Monitor awarded contracts and ensure timely execution of supplies.
Maintain tender MIS, documentation, and performance reports.
Conduct competitor analysis and support pricing strategy for institutional business.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable pharmaceutical regulations.
Qualification & Experience
B.Pharm / B.Sc. / Commerce Graduate.
5 - 8 years of Pharma / Med device tender management experience.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Indian pharma tendering processes.
Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP, and state e-procurement portals.
Understanding of DGS&D/GeM, CGHS, ESI, Railways, Defence, and State Medical Corporation tenders.
Excellent documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/SAP preferred.
Key Success Metrics
Tender submission accuracy and timeliness.
Tender win rate and institutional business growth.
Contract execution and order fulfilment performance.
Compliance with tender and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Industry: Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Vaccines, Medical Devices, or Institutional Business Operations.
