Senior Executive

We are an E-Commerce company dealing with Beauty & Personal Care products. We are looking for an experienced Operations Executive to manage and support day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end store operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.

Manage and guide the store team to achieve operational targets.

Prepare and manage shift plans and manpower allocation based on business requirements.

Ensure accurate and timely picking and packing of customer orders.

Manage inward operations, including stock receiving, quantity verification, and system updates.

Conduct regular inventory and process audits to maintain stock accuracy.

Ensure orders are processed and dispatched within the defined timelines.

Maintain proper product handling, inventory hygiene, and store standards.

Monitor operational performance and take corrective actions for process gaps.

Use relevant systems and software for order processing, inventory management, audits, and daily operations.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational processes.

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in the E-Commerce industry, preferably in warehouse, dark store, or order fulfilment operations.

Experience in team handling and shift planning.

Good knowledge of end-to-end store/warehouse operations.

Good system knowledge and basic computer skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced E-Commerce environment.

Willingness to work in shifts as per business requirements.

Pay: ₹16,700.00 - ₹17,700.00 per month
