Shift: 12 Hours – Day/Night Shift
Industry: Manufacturing
Job Responsibilities
Ensure the security and safety of the factory premises, employees, visitors, and company assets.
Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials.
Maintain visitor, vehicle, and material movement registers.
Check incoming and outgoing materials as per company procedures.
Conduct regular rounds/patrolling of the factory premises.
Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity.
Ensure proper locking/unlocking of designated areas as instructed.
Immediately report incidents, theft, damage, fire, or any security concern to the concerned supervisor.
Support emergency and fire-safety procedures when required.
Maintain discipline and follow all security protocols.
Coordinate with management and other security personnel during shift changes.
Perform any other security-related duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Security Guard, preferably in a factory/manufacturing environment.
Physically fit and capable of standing/walking for extended periods
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
