Job Profile: Relationship Manager – Retail Sales
Location: Ghumar Mandi Ludhiana
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Role Overview: Be the face of our retail store — engage walk-in customers, understand their needs, and deliver a memorable gifting experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers; guide them to the right products
Drive sales and meet targets
Maintain strong product knowledge
Build lasting customer relationships for repeat business
Keep the store well-presented and organized
Share customer feedback with management
