Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Branch Trainer role based in Ludhiana. The Branch Trainer will design and deliver training programs for branch staff on life insurance products, sales processes, customer service, and compliance requirements. Responsibilities include conducting classroom and on-the-job training, creating training materials and modules, and regularly assessing employee performance and skill gaps. The role involves coordinating with branch leadership to align training with business goals, tracking training effectiveness through metrics and feedback, and implementing improvement plans. The Branch Trainer will also support new employee onboarding, refresher training, and ongoing capability-building initiatives to enhance branch productivity and customer experience.

Qualifications

Strong training and facilitation skills, including the ability to design, deliver, and evaluate classroom and on-the-job training programs.Knowledge of life insurance products, sales processes, and basic insurance regulations, preferably within the Indian market.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse teams and build collaborative relationships at the branch level.Organizational and time management skills to plan schedules, manage multiple training batches, and maintain accurate training records.Comfort with using digital tools and learning platforms for training delivery, content creation, and performance tracking.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a specialization in Commerce, Business, Finance, or Insurance is an advantage.Prior experience in training, sales coaching, or branch operations in financial services or insurance is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana and travel locally for branch training needs, as required.
