Key Responsibilities:

Manage the recovery process for 2 wheeler and pre-owned car loans in the assigned territory Monitor and track delinquent accounts and take necessary actions to recover outstanding amounts Conduct field visits to customers' homes and workplaces to negotiate and collect payments Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their financial situation and provide appropriate solutions Collaborate with internal teams such as legal, risk, and collections to ensure timely and effective recovery Prepare and submit reports on recovery activities and progress to the management team Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to debt management and recovery

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt management and recovery, preferably in the retail banking sector Knowledge of 2 wheeler and pre-owned car loan products and processes Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
