The role

A retail sales consultant at a jewellery company assists customers, explains jewellery products, and completes POS transactions while maintaining store inventory and customer relationships. The role also uses ERP systems and Magento to support merchandise preparation and store operations.

Full job description

Role & responsibilities:

1. Attend and assist the customers at store and provide adequate product knowledge.

2. Influencing and selling jewellery

3. Achieve Revenue targets - Monthly / Seasonal

4. Maintain high VM standard at store

5. Addressing all customer queries

6. Following up with the customers

7. Ensure that the store is clean, safe and presentable

for customers

8. Completing payment transactions; preparing merchandise

for delivery.

9. Retaining the existing or new customers

10. Maintain and monitor store inventory

11. Coordinating with inter departmental personnel

12. Working on POS, ERP system, Magento etc.
