Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. The intern will get hands-on experience in the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and maintaining recruitment records.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other hiring platforms.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial telephonic/HR screening of candidates.

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and the hiring team.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Assist in posting job openings across relevant platforms.

Support the HR team in various recruitment and talent acquisition activities.

Help ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Prepare basic recruitment reports and MIS when required.

Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good spoken and written English.

Comfortable making calls and interacting with candidates.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Good organizational and follow-up skills.

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Prior internship or experience in recruitment/HR is a plus, but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
