Key Responsibilities :
Support the development and execution of category-level assortment plans for stores to drive sales and inventory efficiency.
Assist in OTB creation, Buy Plan development, and Range Architecture based on category requirements.
Analyze sales trends and store-level performance to recommend SKU mix and depth by location.
Collaborate with buying teams to support category targets and product selection.
Track and monitor key category KPIs including sell-through, margin, stock turn, LFL, and inventory productivity.
Work closely with VM and marketing teams to align promotional calendars and support effective in-store execution.
Prepare regular category performance reports and insights for business reviews.
Support range finalizations by providing relevant sales, inventory, and category-level analysis.
Identify gaps in category performance and assist in developing action plans to improve sales and inventory productivity.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in category planning, retail planning, OTB creation, Buy Plan development, Range Architecture, or a similar role.
Experience in retail planning, preferably within fashion/lifestyle.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and inventory data.
Understanding of key retail KPIs such as sell-through, margins, stock turn, LFL, and inventory productivity.
Good understanding of SKU planning, assortment, and inventory management.
Strong Excel/data analysis skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Trend awareness and an understanding of consumer preferences and retail trends.
Ability to work collaboratively with Buying, VM, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
