About The Role

The role is a mix of Utility, Maintenance, Engineering and Projects

Your responsibilities

Utility, Maintenance, Engineering and Projects knowledge Finalizing the project brief of identified projects Creating specialization sheets for Buildings/Plant and Machinery/Electricals and Utilities by understanding product/process/GMP/ SHE needs Cost estimation basis the specifications Financial evaluation of the project basis the costs estimated and benefits as per the project brief Preparation of final project proposal and getting a sign off from all stakeholders Evaluating various options submitted by consultants and finalization of specifications Final specification sign off from other stakeholders like SSG, Quality,SHE Basis detailed engineering, identifying suitable suppliers and floating RFQ to them Normalization and technical evaluation of offers to enable commercial negotiation Ensuring timely ordering to meet project deadlines Supervising site inspection and ensuring timely completion Ensuring all site activities follow RB safety norms Supervising pre-commissioning checks to ensure conformance to specifications Supervising dry and wet commissioning of all plant and machinery Planning with the manufacturing team for final commissioning and hand over Handing over of all as built documentation and project closure EHS – Ensure ETP parameters within legal range, ensure proper documentation of hazardous waste management, ensure timely submission of legal forms and reports, accountable for environment improvement safety improvement, compliance of team training and spread EHS awareness, ensure electrical safety and DG cess submission, ensure permit to work system for all the jobs, LOTO, fire safety and hydrant system operation and maintenance

Key challenges

Executing the project within the cost and time constraints Ensuring that the project execution teams work seamlessly to meet costs and timelines Ensuring that the operating teams are trained adequately by the suppliers on maintenance and trouble shooting
