Role Description The Assistant Reservation Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing day-to-day reservation operations for Club Mahindra resorts. The role includes managing room and package bookings, monitoring reservation queues, and ensuring accurate and timely confirmations to members and guests. The individual will handle escalated customer queries, coordinate with resort and sales teams to optimize occupancy, and support the implementation of reservation policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities include tracking reservation performance, preparing basic reports, assisting in revenue optimization through effective inventory management, and supporting training and guidance for reservation staff. The role requires a strong customer focus, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

Reservation management skills, including experience with reservations systems and basic inventory control.Customer service capabilities, with a strong focus on member satisfaction, issue resolution, and relationship building.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with guests, internal teams, and stakeholders.Sales and upselling abilities to promote holiday packages, add-on services, and special offers.Training and team support skills to help guide, coach, and develop reservation staff.Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with hotel/property management or CRM systems.Strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.Prior experience in hospitality, travel, or reservations management is preferred.
