Lead Manufacturing Excellence Agenda under TPM umbrella in Plant to deliver Best in Class efficiencies. Drive TPM culture .Act as facilitator for TPM activities .Drive lean manufacturing concept in factory Driving End2End productivity targets of factory by partnering with all functionsManaging plant led productivity projects in Power Steering with scheduled frequency Deliver at least 1 Green Belt Six Sigma projects every yearMentor KL/GB projectsDesign and Lead Quarterly Manf. Qualifications
