Experience: 0–2 years

Location: Kolkata

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to doctors/healthcare professionals for session registration and engagement.

Maintain call records and update CRM/database.

Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Handle queries and follow-ups professionally.

Must be fluent in English and at least one regional language (Tamil/Telegu/Malayalam/Kannada preferred).

Good communication, convincing skills, and basic computer knowledge

Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate

Prior experience in tele calling

Candidates who are bilingual/multilingual and comfortable communicating with doctors across different regions will be preferred.
