Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can build and strengthen CLIRNET's digital presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, creative content skills, healthcare communication understanding, and strong execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy

Develop and execute integrated social media strategies aligned with CLIRNET's brand and business objectives.

Build monthly and quarterly social media calendars across platforms.

Define platform-specific content strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant channels.

Identify opportunities to strengthen CLIRNET's positioning as a credible healthcare technology and professional engagement brand.

Stay updated on healthcare, medical education, digital health and social media trends.

2. Content Planning & Execution

Develop creative briefs and content ideas for posts, reels, videos, carousels, infographics, polls and other formats.

Work closely with content writers, medical content teams, designers and video editors to deliver social assets.

Adapt content appropriately for different audiences, including doctors, healthcare professionals, patients, partners and industry stakeholders.

Ensure all communication maintains CLIRNET's professional, credible and healthcare-focused brand voice.

Develop engaging hooks, captions, CTAs and campaign messaging.

3. Healthcare Professional Engagement

Develop social content specifically designed to engage doctors and other healthcare professionals.

Leverage doctor/KOL content, webinars, CMEs, clinical discussions, case-based content and expert insights for social amplification.

Support KOL and doctor-led campaigns to increase reach, engagement and platform participation.

Identify opportunities to build stronger online communities around CLIRNET's healthcare ecosystem.

4. Campaign & Event Management

Plan and execute social media campaigns for CLIRNET initiatives, partnerships, webinars, conferences and awareness campaigns.

Create pre-event, live-event and post-event social media strategies.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.

Develop campaign concepts, hashtags, content themes and amplification plans.

Support PR campaigns by translating media coverage, announcements and corporate milestones into social-first content.

5. Community Management

Monitor comments, messages, mentions and conversations across social platforms.

Respond to audiences in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.

Track relevant healthcare conversations and identify opportunities for meaningful engagement.

Escalate medical, technical or reputational concerns to the appropriate internal teams.

6. Analytics & Performance

Track social media KPIs including reach, impressions, engagement, video views, follower growth, CTR, leads and conversions.

Prepare monthly social media performance reports with actionable insights.

Analyse content performance to identify high-performing formats, topics and audience segments.

Conduct competitor and industry benchmarking.

Continuously optimise the content strategy based on performance data.

7. Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with Content, Medical Content, Design, Video, PR, Product, Business Development and KOL teams.

Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers and creators when required.

Ensure consistency of messaging across social media, PR, campaigns, events and other marketing channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Journalism or a related field.

3–6 years of experience in social media management, preferably in healthcare, health-tech, pharma, media or a B2B environment.

Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.

Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content formats and platform trends.

Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.

Ability to translate complex healthcare/technical subjects into engaging social content.

Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with doctors, KOLs or healthcare professionals.

Healthcare/pharma/health-tech marketing experience.

Experience managing LinkedIn for B2B or professional audiences.

Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.

Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics and social media scheduling platforms.

Basic understanding of Canva or other creative tools is an advantage.

Experience working with video/reels and short-form content.
