*Role:* Retail Sales Associate – Apprenticeship
*Apprenticeship Program:* NATS
*Experience:- Freshers or Experienced without PF account.
Education Eligibility
12th or Graduation Pass - outs from 2022 to 2026 are eligible to apply.
Job Details
* *Employment Type:* Apprenticeship
* *Working Days:* 6 days a week
* *Weekly Off:* 1 day
* *Shift:* Rotational
* *Shift Window:* 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
* *Working Hours:* 9 hours work + 1 hour break
### Salary & Incentives
* *In-hand Salary:* ₹12,700 per month
* *Additional:* Performance-based incentives
### Candidate Requirements
* Graduation completed between *2022–2026*
* Freshers are eligible
* Basic English communication skills
* Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills
* Comfortable with rotational shifts
