Beauty Advisor – JoyologyLocation: Shoppers Stop, Acropolis Mall, KolkataAbout the RoleWe are looking for a passionate, well-groomed and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to join the Joyology team at Shoppers Stop, Acropolis Mall. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in beauty and skincare, excellent communication skills and the ability to create a personalized shopping experience for customers.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and engage customers with a warm and professional approach.Understand customers’ beauty, skincare and personal care requirements.Recommend suitable Joyology products based on customer needs and preferences.Demonstrate product features, benefits and usage effectively.Drive sales and achieve individual and store-level targets.Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on beauty trends.Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.Maintain attractive product displays, merchandising standards and counter hygiene.Monitor stock availability and coordinate for replenishment when required.Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.Support promotional activities, campaigns and brand initiatives.Maintain daily sales reports and other required documentation.Candidate ProfilePrior experience as a Beauty Advisor / Beauty Consultant / Beauty Associate will be preferred.Candidates with experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare or Retail may apply.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Customer-oriented with a positive and confident personality.Good grooming and presentation skills.Passion for beauty, skincare and cosmetics.Target-oriented and comfortable working in a retail environment.What We’re Looking ForCustomer Focus | Beauty Passion | Product Knowledge | Sales Orientation | Communication Skills | Professional Grooming📍 Location: Shoppers Stop, Acropolis Mall, KolkataPosition: Beauty Advisor – Joyology
