The Position

Job Title: Patient Journey Partner (PJP) – Ophthalmology

Location: Calicut (Kozhikode), Kerala, India

As a Patient Journey Partner ,you will be responsible for creating value across the healthcare ecosystem by partnering with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to improve patient outcomes. You will work in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment, leveraging customer insights to address unmet needs and enhance the patient journey.

Your Key Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of the local healthcare ecosystem and customer needsBuild trusted partnerships with ophthalmologists, retina specialists, hospitals, and other healthcare stakeholdersDrive scientific and value-based engagements while ensuring the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and complianceIdentify opportunities to improve patient access and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutionsExecute territory plans using customer insights, data, and agile ways of workingCollaborate closely with Medical, Marketing, Market Access, and other internal partners to deliver meaningful customer and patient outcomes

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related discipline; MBA is preferred2–6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industryExperience in Ophthalmology or Specialty Care is preferredStrong customer engagement, stakeholder management, and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teamsLearning agility, digital mindset, and a passion for improving patient outcomes
