Minimum qualification : Diploma/ Graduate (Hotel Management/Aviation/Travel & Tourism/ Retail Management)

Welcome and assist guests in a professional manner

Handle ticketing, billing, and cash transactions

Support customers with inquiries and services

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards

Resolve customer complaints effectively

Promote products, offers, and memberships

Follow SOPs and safety guidelines

Coordinate with team members for smooth operations

Compensation: 15,000.00 - 21,000.00 per month
