Job Role: FOS – Feet on Street (Field Executive)

Job Location: Kochi, Kerala

Attractive Salary: Earn a fixed monthly salary of ₹20,000.

Primary Target: Successfully onboard and activate 80+ Auto Captains per month.

Your Core Responsibilities (Your Role)

Onboard & Activate: Scout, approach, and successfully register new Auto Captains onto the Rapido platform.

Target Achievement: Work diligently to meet and exceed monthly onboarding quotas.

Relationship Building: Develop strong, trustworthy relationships with drivers within your assigned territory or area.

Captain Support: Act as the first point of contact to provide seamless assistance and guidance to newly joined Captains.
