Position: Sales Manager – PL (Personal Loan) Emerging Vertical

Locations: Kharar & Dera bassi, Punjab

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Additional Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives

Petrol Allowance: ₹3,700 per month

Key Responsibilities

Generate personal loan business and achieve assigned sales targets.

Acquire new customers through field sales and market activities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

Follow up on leads and assist customers throughout the loan application process.

Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of applications.

Candidate Requirements

Experience in sales, banking, NBFC, or financial services is preferred.

Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.

Must be comfortable with field sales and target-based work.

Good communication, convincing, and customer-handling skills are required.
