Experience in integrate cement manufacturing.Hands-on experience in maintenance planning, shutdown planning, budgeting, inventory management and preventive maintenance systems.Experience in SAP EAM and PM modules.Exposure to vendor management, OEM coordination and maintenance MIS reporting.

Knowledge of reliability improvement and spare parts management

Job Profile

KRA 1: Budget Planning & Cost Control

Prepare annual and monthly maintenance budgets.Monitor expenditure against approved budgets.Implement cost optimization initiatives without affecting equipment reliability.

KRA 2: Preventive Maintenance Planning

Develop maintenance schedules aligned with SAM PM standards.Ensure compliance and effectiveness of preventive maintenance programs.Monitor execution and improve maintenance performance.

KRA 3: Vendor & OEM Coordination

Coordinate technical discussions with vendors and OEMs.Resolve technical queries and ensure timely procurement support.Monitor vendor performance and delivery commitments.

KRA 4: Inventory Management & Compliance

Maintain optimum inventory levels of critical spares.Coordinate with stores and commercial teams.Ensure inventory accuracy and material availability.

KRA 5: Performance Monitoring & Team Development

Generate daily and monthly maintenance MIS reports.Analyze trends and recommend corrective actions.Train team members on planning tools, SAM PM and safety compliance.
