To drive General shift Maintenance for mechanical-1 section to achieve the target with zero harm Annual budget preparation of Kiln & Cooler area Knowledge SAP, My Setu & Clip Annual S/D planning Inventory management in section with good spare planning ability Implementation of all safety standard in section to achieve zero harm Implementation of systems & Audits in section Sound knowledge on Mechanical equipment for maintaining better efficiency & reliability Having good communication skills to influence & engage the team To maintain S&S & RPM expenses as per budgeted norms.Develop subordinates in all respect
