Performing Smooth and efficient Project Admin with experience enhancing executive productivity and improving business operations. Manage multiple schedules and maintain communication across teams. Focused, consistent, punctual, and reliable. Organized and trustworthy with confidential and personal information.

Responsibilities

As a project Admin in Blades factory, you will work closely with GM and other stakeholders.

You will be working on events coordination, arranging external events

Leadership meetings and work with other departments.

Prepare MIS Reports, Presentation for Weekly and Monthly reviews.

Work and collaborate between support functions

Scheduling meetings, facilitating the meetings and following up on the actions

Coordinate all local and global events

Qualifications

Graduate/Post Graduate.

Candidates with manufacturing experience can be considered.

Candidates should be willing to work in a manufacturing environment
