Roles and Responsibilities
Identify potential customers through our Data for personal loans and cold call to generate leads.
Conduct telecalling sessions with existing clients to upsell/cross-sell products.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
