The role requires strong operational discipline, people management, and data-driven decision-making to ensure SLA adherence, productivity improvement, and loss control.Key ResponsibilitiesInboundEnsure appointment compliance and vehicle arrival controlDrive on-time GRN and inventory slot pushControl inbound TATMonitor inbound productivity (per case / per person)OutboundMonitor batching performance and dispatch accuracyEnsure on-time shippingRCA for pending batching article linesTrack full case / loose case batching productivityControl delivery returns and customer escalationsInventoryMonitor net shrink and net dump valueConduct daily inventory and asset auditsTrack stock ageing and drive corrective actionsTeam & Stakeholder ManagementLead, guide, and motivate the outbound and inventory teamsCoordinate with Quality, Supply Chain, and City Ops teams for issue resolutionEnsure SOP adherence and continuous process improvementWhat We’re Looking For2 –7 years experience in warehouse / supply chain operationStrong exposure to inbound, outbound, and inventory controlExperience in FMCG, F&V, e-commerce, or agri supply chain preferredGood people management and problem-solving skillsAdditional InformationAt Ninjacart, we are creating a workplace that enables everyone to find their true potential, purpose, and passion irrespective of their background, gender, race, sexual orientation, religion and ethnicity.
