Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional engineering teams to achieve performance excellence while supporting talent development, recruitment, and succession planningAnalyze technical performance metrics and key performance indicators to identify optimization opportunities and inform strategic decision-makingIdentify emerging technologies and industry trends, positioning the organization for competitive advantage and supporting innovation implementationManage engineering budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure optimal return on investment across all departmental initiativesOversee technical architecture, system design, and engineering standards to ensure scalability, reliability, and adherence to best practicesManage vendor relationships, evaluate third-party engineering solutions, and negotiate partnerships to enhance organizational capabilitiesChampion organizational change management initiatives and lead the adoption of new technologies, methodologies, and digital transformation efforts

Qualifications
