Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with 4-6 years of experience to support and enhance enterprise applications within a banking environment. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, automation frameworks, monitoring solutions, and deployment processes while ensuring high availability, security, and compliance of banking applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and release management. Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools. Manage and support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes. Administer and monitor cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP. Ensure application availability, reliability, scalability, and performance. Implement DevSecOps practices, security controls, and compliance requirements aligned with banking standards. Collaborate closely with Development, QA, Security, Infrastructure, and Business teams. Configure and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions. Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis. Automate repetitive operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention. Participate in disaster recovery planning, backup strategies, and business continuity initiatives. Support application deployments across Development, UAT, Pre-Production, and Production environments.

Exposure to Core Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, Lending, Treasury, or Middleware platforms will be an advantage.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Relevant certifications such as AWS, Azure, Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), Terraform, or DevOps certifications are preferred.
