Job purpose:To drive continuous improvement in product & process of all types of bearing by coordination with various cross function of R&D, Manufacturing & finance in PQCDSM (Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety & Morale)
Key Responsibilities:Identify & lead projects for closure of critical TGW.Drive continuous improvement projects with various cross function of R&D, Manufacturing & Supplier developmentLead or participate in team for conducting root cause analysis of customer complaint and drive corrective & preventive actionWork in close coordination with various teams of R&D, Procurement, Supplier Development & costing cell to drive optimization in product costing to meet expected price of customer
