We are looking for a FLEXCUBE Lending Application Support Specialist with strong banking domain expertise in lending operations, loan servicing, and production support. The ideal candidate should have experience supporting lending applications and a solid understanding of retail and corporate loan lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

Provide application support for Oracle FLEXCUBE Loan Modules . Manage and support end-to-end lending processes including loan origination, disbursement, servicing, collections, recovery, and closure . Support loan products such as Retail, Corporate, MSME, Agriculture, and Overdrafts . Verify loan account setup, interest calculations, repayment schedules, and accrual processes. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, incidents, and service requests. Perform impact analysis for enhancements and system changes. Support regulatory reporting, MIS, compliance, and reconciliation requirements. Collaborate with business users, technology teams, and external partners to ensure smooth operations. Lead delivery activities and manage stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills

4-6 years of experience in Banking Application Support. Strong knowledge of lending lifecycle processes and loan servicing. Experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE Lending Modules . Understanding of delinquency management, NPA processing, provisioning, rollover, and rescheduling. Hands-on experience with SQL/Oracle queries . Knowledge of Windows Servers and application support environments. Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stake holder management abilities.

Preferred

Experience in Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Lending Operations. Understanding of regulatory reporting and banking compliance requirements. Proven ability to lead teams and manage offshore/vendor delivery partners.
