The Opportunity

As a company that is undergoing significant growth, Simpplr is seeking to hire a Senior Project Manager in its Implementation function working with Commercial, basic Enterprise as well as complex Enterprise customers. You will bring experience in both waterfall and agile delivery methodologies, a strong understanding of SaaS platforms and ideally PMI/PMP or Agile certification. You feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, transforming ambiguity into clarity, working to tight deadlines and taking calculated risks. You enjoy working in a supportive environment, value the contribution of others and are both confident and humble.

Your Job Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

Work as a team member with Simpplr Implementation Consultants, Implementation Engineers and other cross functional teamsWork directly with customers and prospects in defining scope of projectsDevelop project plans for both standard and custom projectsManage the project portfolio assigned to youManage the project schedule, budget, issues and risksTrack project KPI’s and project work effortReport at the project and your portfolio levelManage customer expectationsTrack and manage project work effortProvide assistance with project plan-related questions for less experienced teammates

Your Skillset
