Job Summary
Purplle is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Beauty Advisors to join our retail team across Kerala. The ideal candidate should have a passion for beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and customer service, with the ability to recommend suitable products and deliver an excellent in-store shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their beauty, skincare, and personal care requirements.
Recommend suitable cosmetics, skincare, fragrances, and beauty products based on customer needs.
Demonstrate product features, benefits, and application techniques.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
Maintain product displays, shelf arrangements, and store visual merchandising standards.
Ensure proper stock replenishment and report stock shortages.
Stay updated on new product launches, beauty trends, and promotional offers.
Handle customer queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain store cleanliness and follow company policies and operational standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Minimum Plus Two; graduates preferred.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in cosmetics, skincare, makeup, and beauty products.
Customer-oriented attitude with a willingness to achieve sales targets.
Prior experience in retail sales, cosmetics, or beauty advisory is an added advantage.
Working Hours
Shift 1: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Shift 2: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Rotational shifts, as per store requirements.
