Role Details:
Designation: Frontline Sales Manager
Role type: Individual Contributor
Department: Agency
Reporting to: Branch Manager/L1
Location: Pan India
Key Responsibilities:
> Recruit new Life Insurance Advisors (agents) through referrals, networking, and local sourcing, conduct interviews, explain the agency model, and onboard advisors. ensure completion of licensing (IRDAI), training, and documentation.
>Coach and mentor advisors, conduct daily huddles, joint field work, and motivate advisors to improve activity levels and productivity
> Achieve monthly/quarterly targets: o New business premium o Number of active advisors o Number of New Advisors
>Drive focus on quality parameters (persistency, sales quality, product mix)
> Accompany advisors on client meetings, support in closing cases.
