Position: MERN Stack Developer

Experience: 3–4 Years

Location: Indore (On-site)

Salary: ₹6–9 LPA

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer with hands-on experience in React Native to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should be passionate about clean code, performance optimization, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.jsBuild and maintain mobile applications using React NativeDesign and consume RESTful APIsIntegrate third-party APIs and servicesCollaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend teamsOptimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and securityDebug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issuesParticipate in code reviews and follow best development practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–4 years of experience in MERN Stack developmentStrong experience with React NativeProficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)Experience with MongoDB / MySQLKnowledge of Git / Version ControlUnderstanding of authentication, authorization, and data securityExperience with cloud deployment (AWS / Azure is a plus)
