Our mission is to deliver high-quality textile products while fostering a culture of sustainability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.About the Role:The Merchandising role will be responsible for managing buyer communication, sampling, costing, order follow-up, production coordination, quality, and shipment timelines. The role involves coordinating closely with buyers and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of orders, from product development and sampling through production and shipment.Responsibilities:Handle buyer communication and coordinate on product and order requirementsManage sampling activities and coordinate with relevant teams for timely sample developmentPrepare and manage costing as per product and buyer requirementsCoordinate product development activities with internal teams and buyersFollow up on orders and ensure timely execution as per agreed timelinesCoordinate with Production and other internal teams for smooth order executionMonitor quality requirements and coordinate with relevant teams to address quality-related issuesTrack production progress and ensure orders are executed within defined timelinesCoordinate shipment planning and follow up to ensure timely shipmentMaintain regular communication with buyers regarding order status, samples, production, quality, and shipmentEnsure buyer requirements and timelines are clearly communicated to internal teamsCoordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve order-related issues and ensure timely closureQualifications:Master's Degree (relevant field preferred)Experience:3–5 years of relevant experience in MerchandisingStrong experience in export merchandisingExperience in handling buyer coordination, costing, product development, and order executionExperience in the US market is desirableRequired Skills:Strong knowledge of export merchandising processesStrong buyer communication and coordination skillsGood understanding of costing and commercial aspects of ordersExperience in sampling and product developmentStrong order follow-up and execution skillsGood understanding of production coordination and timelinesAbility to coordinate quality and shipment requirementsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teamsGood follow-up and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple orders and requirements simultaneouslyStrong attention to timelines and execution
