Connect & Counsel: Engage with parents and adult learners and schedule high-impact 1:1 video counseling sessions to understand their learning needs. Drive Conversions: Conduct consultative and value-driven counseling, address concerns and objections, and guide decision-makers toward successful enrollments. Own the Sales Journey: Manage the complete sales cycle—from the first interaction and follow-ups to negotiation and final conversion—while consistently working toward targets.
