Work Details :

Hours: 11 AM – 7 PM (Mon-Fri)

Off: Sat & Sun | No leaves for first 90 days, then 2/month

Friday and Saturday Weekly offs (5 days working)

We’re expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as a Counselling Trainee. This is a Work from Office role.

This opportunity is perfect for freshers or professionals with max 2 years of experience from non-sales backgrounds looking to build a career in counselling. Please note that we are not hiring experienced sales professionals for this position— we’re looking for fresh energy and a willingness to learn. You’ll be responsible for working with warm leads, engaging with decision makers, and doing persistent follow-ups to help guide prospects through our Courses. This is not a cold calling role, but it does require strong communication and a consistent outreach mindset.

Responsibilities :

Identify and qualify potential customers through provided leads and various digital sources.

Use a consultative approach and follow up extensively.

Accurately document interactions and status updates in the CRM system.

Compensation, Perks & Training :

Training Period: 45-90 days (online) > Stipend during training: ₹10,000 INR

Post-Training: Upon successful completion > Full-time Salary: ₹40,000 INR per month + Up to 30k Incentives
