Key Responsibilities
Engage with parents and adult learners to understand their needs and schedule impactful 1:1 video counseling sessions. Conduct consultative and value-driven counseling sessions, address concerns and objections, and guide decision-makers toward successful enrollments. Own the complete sales journey — from the first interaction and follow-ups to negotiation, conversion, and closure. Build strong relationships with prospects and consistently follow up to maximize conversions and achieve sales targets.
