The ideal candidate will have a filmmaking background with a strong eye for visual storytelling, continuity, and narrative flow, along with hands-on exposure to Generative AI tools for image and video creation. You will be responsible for developing engaging, AI-friendly scripts and translating creative ideas into visually compelling stories and promo assets. Beyond writing, you should have strong visual judgement to assess AI-generated outputs for quality, consistency, and story logic, and a creative producer mindset to take an idea from script → visual execution → final promo asset.

What You'll Be Doing:Write and develop, promos, and story-driven scripts with strong hooks, pacing, and emotional beats.Create AI-friendly scripts and prompts that can be effectively translated into visuals.Evaluate AI-generated content for visual quality, character consistency, continuity, storytelling, and overall narrative logic.Collaborate with creative, writing, and production teams to take ideas from concept to final visual execution.Develop promo assets that are engaging, platform-friendly, and aligned with the story's core narrative.
