We are looking for Software Development Engineer II who will:

You will design, develop, test, and deploy software applications using C# and .NET frameworksYou will participate actively in Agile development ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectivesYou will collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand and refine Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)You will perform debugging and troubleshooting of complex software issues to identify and implement effective solutionsYou will contribute to the creation and review of Software Design specifications and architectural blueprintsYou will write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices for Software DevelopmentYou will conduct thorough Software Testing, including unit, integration, and system tests, to ensure product quality and reliabilityYou will engage in Stakeholder Management by communicating technical concepts clearly and managing expectationsYou will provide mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth and developmentYou will produce clear and concise Technical Writing, including design documents, API documentation, and user guides

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience3–5 years’ experience in Software Development with C# and .NET Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile Development methodologies Ability to interpret and contribute to Business Requirements Documents Proficiency in debugging techniques and toolsDemonstrated experience in Software Design principles and patternSolid understanding of the full Software Development life cycleExperience with various Software Testing approaches and toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective Stakeholder ManagementPrior experience or a strong desire to provide MentorshipAptitude for clear and effective Technical Writing
